What is a system boiler?

 

A system boiler heats your central heating system directly at the same time produces hot water for your cylinder.

System boilers Gas Boilers (Energy ‘A’ Rated (90% efficiency)

Ideal for roof space gas boiler installations and where the incoming mains water flow is not sufficient to run a combination gas boiler or the dwelling has multi bathrooms or high occupancy.


1) You can have an unvented hot water cylinder where there is no need for a mains feed tank in the roof space, Gives the further option of the cylinder in the roof space with the gas boiler or keeping a dry roof space with the unvented cylinder and gas boiler in another area in the house.

2) You do not require a feed and expansion tank in the roof space. Running as a sealed system (as combination boiler) further reduces the air in the system thus reducing corrosion, making the system quieter in operation and less maintenance and more efficient

3) Easy drain and fill. Option of adding an additional expansion vessel for large properties.
